Amethyst Boutique is committed to providing our customers with the best possible ordering experience.
 
To order, simply click on the "Contact Us" email button provided on each item description and provide us with your name, full address, and email address and item title(s) of the pieces you wish to purchase. We will forward your order confirmation and invoice shortly, usually within 24-48 hours. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale and may not be available at the time of your order request. Please do not remit payment until you receive our invoice.

Payment: We invoice in Canadian dollars. Payment for orders can be made through PayPal - an option that allows you to take advantage of their industry-leading secure online payment services. PayPal offers a wide variety of secure payment options including credit card and e-cheque payments and is your fastest, most reliable payment option on the Internet. We also accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex) by phone - security information will be required. Please call 1-902-489-4367 with your order information.

If you prefer to forward payment through the mail, please make your cheque or money order payable to Wilson Minerals in Canadian dollars. US$ and foreign currency payments made by cheque will be exchanged at our bank's posted rate on the day of deposit. Please note that your order will not be shipped until your cheque clears. This may require up to 2 weeks for Canadian and US orders paid by cheque (or PayPal e-cheque), and up to 30 days for all other countries. Do not send cash in the mail.

Orders are shipped by the following methods within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment:

Canadian Orders: Regular Post with tracking and insurance unless you request another method

US Orders: Canada Post Small Packet USA Service for orders under $100 in value - no tracking or insurance. Canada Post Expedited USA Service for orders over $100 with tracking and insurance

International Orders: Canada Post Small Packet International Service for orders under $100 in value - no tracking or insurance. Canada Post Xpresspost Service for orders over $100 with tracking and insurance

Shipping Rates: We only charge the published Canada Post rate; we do not add handling or packaging fees. Rates vary for each Canadian, US, and International destination and are calculated by Canada Post on both weight and volume. A rate calculator is available from Canada Post at https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1.

Taxes and Customs: Canadian residents are required to pay GST/HST by law. This will be added to your invoice at the appropriate provincial rate. No taxes are levied by Canada on US and International orders. US and International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes payable upon entry into the destination country.

All non-Canadian orders may be subject to customs searches or seizure when entering a destination country. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by customs searches or seizures. This is the most common cause of delay in the delivery of international orders and it is your responsibility to deal with all customs issues in your own country. Please contact your local Post Office or Customs Office before reporting a lost item to us.

Returns: You may return unwanted items for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before returning any items.
